The best way to use a penis pump is to use low pressure and warm water. That's right pumping with water is much safer and more effective than regular air pumping. The key is to pump slowly and gently enough so that fluid buildup is slow and gentle and does not effect erections or give you an abnormal looking penis. You can try a constriction ring after pumping to make the pump effect last longer. Use the type that is adjustable and encircles both penis and balls. The trick is to get the ring tight enough to slow the passing of blood and fluids but not completely restrict their flow (this would be very dangerous!). Experiment until you find you right fit.
